Nachdem wir in Paris gelandet waren...
... , we had a short sight-seeing tour. Apart from the rain (no matter where I arrive, it's raining... would does that mean?!), I found Paris very impressive in different ways.
On the one hand there are all the sights you heard about. The Eiffel Tower, L'Arc de Triomphe etc.
But on the other hand when I saw parts of the fringe area and, let me say this, it wasn't the most beautiful place I could imagine. Unfortunately, I haven't got photos that shows what I mean. I just have this pictures.
But here a few other pictures of Paris:

... , haben wir eine kurze Stadtrundfahrt gemacht. Abgesehen vom Regen (egal wo ich hinkomme, regnet es. Was soll mir das sagen?!), hatte Paris eine sehr "beeindruckende" Wirkung auf mich.
Einerseits freute ich mich ein Teil der weltberühmten Sehenwürdigkeiten in Echt zu sehen, andererseits war ich überrascht (oder sollte ich besser schockiert sagen) über einige der äußeren Bezirke. Grau, trist und heruntergekommen. Schön ist etwas anderes. Leider habe ich keine Fotos, die das widerspiegeln, was ich meine.
Aber hier sind ein paar andere Parisaufnahmen:
